"What if she feels that she needs more people into her team"
"They can always to include more people into their team"
"What if a technopreneur is unable to continue her business... say due to some prob?"
"He can always get back to us for guidance"
"Are you biased?"
"Oh, why do you ask so?"
"Everytime I said "she" , you said "he" or "they" , thats why"
"Hey, nothing like that, hmm ..you see when we mean he, it includes she too"
"I see"- I guessed I convinced her atlast, as my friend walked away thinking about our discussion.
I was briefing her about dreamZhunt, and she was posing a lot of questions. And I was trying my best to give her satisfactory answers. But the conversation some how got diverted into the question of gender. Interestingly my friend had applied herself to the situation and asking questions from her angle, while I have been answering it from a general view.
We are not being biased here and giving opportunity to just the men, we are reffering to women as well, and a note to my dear my friend (hope you are reading this) ....
Hey, we are not raising any feminist issues here(in case if u have been thinking so) , we are just trying to drive in the point that a good opportunity awaits to anybody who can dream, be IT a HE or a SHE, and we are expecting a good competition from both.So ITs not just for smart guys, but for smart gals too. And.. oh yeah take some inspiration from our lady geek of our dreamZhunt team too :P
To all those wannabe technopreneurs out there, take note, this is not a battle of the sexes, but of the brightest minds and among smart people.
See you soon at dreamZhunt.. till then keep in touch.
